It was released in July 1963 and reached number 2 on the UK Albums Chart. The album contains 14 songs from his singles released between August 1958 and May 1962. It includes all of Richard's singles from this period that reached the top 3 of the UK Singles Chart. In Canada, the album was retitled "Living Doll" and was released in September 1963 and spent three weeks at number 1 on the Chum Albums Index in October and eight weeks in the top 5 overall. ...more

URIAH HEEP-...VERY 'EAVY VERY 'UMBLE-1970-THE FIRST UK PRESS- VERTIGO SWIRL-6360006.  A mega rare British original of the iconic album. The album was released in June 1970 by Vertigo Records in the UK. The original vinyl release was a spread-out envelope with frontman David Byron depicted on the front sleeve, almost unrecognizable under the cobwebs. It was released in August 1970 by Mercury Records in the United States under the name just Uriah Heep with a different artwork on the cover (a centipede-type monster) and with the track "Bird of Prey" instead of "Lucy Blues". The album was re-released by Bronze Records in 1971 after the band signed with that label. The album shows the band trying out different genres – a mix of heavy metal and progressive rock, rather than the hard rock they became known for on later albums. Tracks 3 and 8 were recorded as Spice songs before the band was renamed Uriah Heep, and featured session musician Colin Wood on keyboards. When Ken Hensley joined Spice in early 1970, the tracks were not re-recorded. ...more

A rare European original of the iconic soundtrack.The Doors: Original Soundtrack Recording is the soundtrack to Oliver Stone's 1991 film Doors. It contains several studio recordings by the Doors, as well as "Heroin" by the Velvet Underground and "Carmina Burana" by Earl Orff. None of Val Kilmer's renditions of the Doors songs featured in the film are included in the soundtrack. The album cover features Jim Morrison performed by Val Kilmer. This is a photo of Kilmer looking directly into the camera lens. His face is black and white, and his hair is the color of a burning flame, the same effect is created on movie posters and promotional materials. ...more

A very rare limited edition and numbered British original. Live at Berkeley is a live album by American rock musician Jimi Hendrix. It documents his second performance at the Berkeley Public Theater on May 30, 1970, and was released by MCA Records on September 16, 2003. Hendrix performed in Berkeley about a month after his The Cry of Love tour with bassist Billy Cox and drummer Mitch Mitchell. The setlist was pretty typical for the tour - a mix of popular tunes and some new material. "Hey Joe", "Foxey Lady", "Purple Haze" and "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" have been in Hendrix's concert repertoire since he first recorded them."Machine Gun" was released two months earlier on the live Band of Gypsys album, and "Hey Baby (New Rising Sun)" was in development for his planned fourth studio album. YES-UNION-1991-THE FIRST PRESS OF GERMANY-ARISTA number 211558 is a rare original of the great prog band.  Union is the thirteenth studio album by the British progressive rock band Yes, released in 1991 under the Arista Records label. The album is supposed to be a reunion of Yes (John Aderson, Chris Squire, Trevor Rabin, Tony Kaye, Alan White) with Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe (also including John Anderson with Bill Bruford, Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe). Half a million copies were sold in the USA, which corresponds to the gold status.
