E Pluribus Funk is the fifth studio album by American rock band Grand Funk Railroad. The album was released on November 15, 1971 by Capitol Records. Like the previous Grand Funk Railroad albums, it was recorded at the Cleveland Recording Company and is the last album produced by Terry Knight. The name is a play on the motto of the United States of America, E pluribus unum, and in Latin means "Of many, Funk". The original exhaust cover (designed by Ernie Cefalu) was completely round and covered with a silver film that resembled a large coin. A rare British original.  Stranded is the third studio album by the British rock band Roxy Music, released by Island Records in 1973. The CD was recorded at London's Air Studios. Stranded, an album featuring collaborators Bryan Ferry, Andy McKay and Phil Manzanera for the first time, rose to the top of the UK Albums Chart. The track "Street Life", released as a single, rose to #9 in the UK. Bryan Ferry listed the band's third album as one of his favorite creations. A rare British early edition . Fleetwood Mac is the tenth studio album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on July 11, 1975 by Reprise Records. It was the band's second album of the same name, the first was the 1968 debut album. It was Fleetwood Mac's first album with Lindsey Buckingham as guitarist and Stevie Nicks as vocalist, after Bob Welch (guitarist, singer and songwriter) left the band at the end of 1974. On September 4, 1976, the album topped the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, 58 weeks after its release. In support of the record, three singles were released — "Over My Head", "Rhiannon" and "Say You Love Me" — each of which hit the top twenty of the charts, with the last two stopping a step away from the Top 10 - both at 11th place. The record received seven times platinum certification in the United States, with a total circulation of more than seven million copies. It was originally released in Scandinavia on November 17, 1975 and in other parts of the world in 1976, notably in the UK on April 10 and September 18 in the USA and Canada. The release of Greatest Hits coincided with the beginning of ABBA's huge popularity in the UK in the second half of the 1970s, becoming the first of eight consecutive number one albums for the band. It spent eleven consecutive weeks at the top of the UK Albums Chart and became the best-selling album of 1976 and the second best-selling album of the 1970s. As of July 2016, it is the 46th best-selling album of all time in the UK, with sales of over 2.6 million Greatest Hits was released in the USA and Canada in September 1976, but record sales peaked only in April 1977, when the song "Dancing Queen" took first place in both countries.
