E Pluribus Funk is the fifth studio album by American rock band Grand Funk Railroad. The album was released on November 15, 1971 by Capitol Records. Like the previous Grand Funk Railroad albums, it was recorded at the Cleveland Recording Company and is the last album produced by Terry Knight. The name is a play on the motto of the United States of America, E pluribus unum, and in Latin means "Of many, Funk". The original exhaust cover (designed by Ernie Cefalu) was completely round and covered with a silver film that resembled a large coin. The back cover of this album included a cast image of Shea Stadium. The album was very successful, placing in the charts of the second ten in many countries.

Grand Funk (also known as The Red Album) is the second studio album by American rock band Grand Funk Railroad, released in December 1969 on Capitol Records four months after their debut On Time. The producer was Terry Knight and the sound engineer was Ken Hamann. It became the band's first album to be awarded gold status by the RIAA.
