It also entered the US charts, peaking at number 150. "Devil Gate Drive" became a real hit, reaching number one in the UK and Australian charts, becoming her second number one album in both countries. The title track was released as a single in the US, UK and several European countries in 1971. Released in October 1989 on Sire Records in the USA and Chrysalis Records in the UK, the album returned Harry to her professional name "Deborah" rather than "Debbie". Harry worked on the album with various producers, including Tom Bailey of the Thompson Twins and Mike Chapman, who previously produced the last four Blondie albums. "I wanted to do something that would remind me of Blondie," she said.   The song "I Want That Man", written by Tom Bailey and Alanna Curry of the Thompson Twins, was released as the title single.
