LIVIN' BLUES-BAMBOOZLE-1972-THE FIRST PRESS OF HOLLAND-PHILIPS-6413 024, A very rare original of the iconic blues album by the Dutch band. Livin' Blues — Bamboozle (1972) The third studio album by the Dutch band Livin’ Blues, released in 1972 on the Philips label. Almost all the songs were written by Oberg and Christiansen, with the exception of the beautifully played ”Overture" Andrew Lloyd Webber and a cover of the song “Black Night” by American musician J.M. Robinson. The musicians relied on the next hit “L.B. Boogie", which set the mood for the whole album. But it turned out to be lively and bright – eight compositions from boogie rock to rhythm and blues. There was also a place for light sadness in it – Ted Oberg's instrumental composition “Sunrise”. In 1971, Dick Beckman was forced to leave the band, he was replaced by Johnny Le Jeune (ex-Island), a man who had been playing drums since the age of 5, a member of several Dutch bands. With him, the band recorded their third album with the strange name Bamboozle. The new drummer didn't last long for this album, then he joined the Schick Band. Tours began in Europe, where the arranged track "Overture" by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice (from Jesus Christ Superstar) was a great success.   ...more

Virgin Killer is the fourth Studio album by the German band Scorpions, released in 1976, the band's first album, known outside Europe. The title song, Virgin Killer, illuminates the subject of human depravity, it gave the idea covers with naked young virgin who was banned in the United States and several other countries. As with the previous album, In Trance, the cover was censored in some countries the album was released with an alternative version of the cover. The artwork was Steffan Böhle, Manager of RCA Records. He depicted a naked minor girl on black background; broken glass effect covering her genitals. In Japan, the album reached the 32nd line in the hit parade. MOORE GARY-WILD FRONTIER-1987-FIRST PRESS UK-10 RECORDS- DIX56. A rare British original by a great guitarist. Wild Frontier is the sixth solo studio album by Northern Irish guitarist Gary Moore, released on March 2, 1987. This is his first studio work after returning to his native Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1985. The album contains several songs about Ireland. The album is dedicated to the memory of Moore's close friend and former Thin Lizzy member Phil Lynott, who died on January 4, 1986. It says "Philippe" on the back cover. Wild Frontier contains the hit single "Over the Hills and Far Away", which reached number 20 in the UK, as well as a cover version of the Easybeats song "Friday on My Mind". Max Middleton's song "The Loner" was originally recorded by Cozy Powell for his album Over the Top in 1979 (on which Moore performed, although not on Powell's recording of "The Loner"). Moore significantly changed the track for his recording, so he is listed as a co-author. The song "Crying in the Shadows", which was released as the B-side of the single "Over the Hills and Far Away" in December 1986 and featured as a bonus track on the Wild Frontier CD, was also recorded by Japanese singer Minako Honda under the name "The Cross (Ai No Jujika)"with Moore as the guitarist. ...more

Aladdin Sane is the sixth studio album by English musician David Bowie, released in the United Kingdom on April 19, 1973 on the RCA Records label. A follow-up to his breakthrough The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, it was the first album he wrote and released from a star position. The album was produced by Bowie and Ken Scott and features performances by Bowie's backing band The Spiders from Mars — Mick Ronson, Trevor Bolder and Mick Woodmansey — with pianist Mike Garson, two saxophonists and three backing vocalists. Recorded in London and New York during the breaks between the stages of the Ziggy Stardust tour, the album was Bowie's last with the full line-up of The Spiders. Aladdin Sane was released in the UK on the RCA label on April 19, 1973. With an estimated order of 100,000 copies, the album debuted at the top of the UK Albums chart, where it lasted five weeks.
