The album was produced by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees and his permanent team Alby Galuten and Carl Richardson. The album received positive reviews from music critics. BOWIE, DAVID-STAGE (2 LP'S)-1978-FIRST PRESS UK-RCA- PL02913(2) A rare double concert by a British legend. Stage is the second live album by English musician David Bowie, recorded during the Isolar II Tour and released on RCA Records in 1978. The recording was made at concerts in Philadelphia, Providence, and Boston, USA, in late April and early May 1978. It mainly included material from Bowie's last studio albums at that time, "Station to Station", "Low" and "Heroes" (both 1977), but also contained five songs from "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" (1972). In addition to Bowie's main band, consisting of Carlos Alomar, Dennis Davis and George Murray, the band included former Frank Zappa member Adrian Belew on guitar, Simon House from Hawkwind on electric violin, Roger Powell, best known for working with Todd Rundgren in the band Utopia, on keyboards and Sean Mays on piano, string ensemble and backing vocals. They all reunited the following year on Bowie's next studio album Lodger (1979). Stage was a commercial success. In the UK, she took 5th place in the charts and subsequently received a gold certificate from the British Phonogram Producers Association (BPI). It also reached number 44 on the US charts. ...more

A rare Japanese original of a cult album.The Blue Ridge Rangers is the first solo studio album by John Fogerty, former vocalist and guitarist of Creedence Clearwater Revival. When originally released on Fantasy Records in 1973, the album was credited to The Blue Ridge Rangers without mentioning Fogerty on the cover. Fogerty decided to do so in order to distance himself from his Creedence legacy. The album consists entirely of traditional and country covers, and Fogerty plays all the instruments. The album reached 47th place in the charts. Two singles from the album became hits: "Jambalaya", which reached number 16 in the United States and 15 in Canada, and "Hearts of Stone", which reached number 37 in the United States and 35 in Canada. The third single not included in the album, "You Don't Owe Me" reached 79th place in Canada. ...more

Ken? It was released in February 1969 and was also a chart success, as was the previous album 40 Blue Fingers, Freshly Packed and Ready to Serve.
