BELLE EPOQUE-BAMALAMA-1978-THE FIRST PRESS OF SWEDEN-CARRERE-7C062-18299. A rare Scandinavian original of the second album of the famous disco band. Bamalama is the second album by the French disco project Belle Epoque, released in 1978 by the French company Carrere. The album Bamalama was recorded in October-November 1977 at New York's Sonyland Studios, and mixed in London. Bamalama appeared on sale in akurat for Christmas, a favorite marketing technique, because during this period people are overwhelmed by the irresistible itch of shopping. The Bamalama album contains almost all the material of their own composition - Evelyn Lenton and her brother Albert Weyman, with the exception of short quotes from rock and roll classics in a Bamalama medley. The album and the single Bamalama were a great success in Europe and Asia. In the States, the band was still not promoted at the record level. Belle Epoque was popular in the disco clubs there thanks to the trendy DJs, who sometimes even signed up the band to perform live in the most famous clubs and discos in the USA. ...more

ROLLING STONES-VOODOO LOUNGE-1994-FIRST PRESS UK-VIRGIN- V2750 Voodoo Lounge is the twentieth studio album by the English rock band The Rolling Stones, released on July 11, 1994. This album was the band's first release as part of their new collaboration with Virgin Records and their first studio album in five years, since the release of Steel Wheels in 1989. Voodoo Lounge is also the band's first album without original bassist Bill Wyman, who left the band in early 1991, although The Rolling Stones announced his departure only two years later, in 1993.  Voodoo Lounge sold well, reaching gold or platinum status in several countries, but failed to chart in the US top 40. The songs "Love Is Strong" and "You Got Me Rocking" reached #14 and #23 in the UK, respectively, and "You Got Me Rocking" became a major hit on most of the Stones' subsequent tours. A very rare British original of the second version of the iconic A-2/B-2 matrix album Led Zeppelin II is the second studio album by the British rock band Led Zeppelin, released on October 22, 1969 on Atlantic Records. The album was recorded in several studios located in the UK and North America from January to August 1969. The album was produced by Jimmy Page, who had already directed in this role on the band's debut CD. The musicians collaborated with sound engineer Eddie Kramer, who made a great contribution to the unique sound of the longplay. Led Zeppelin II demonstrates the evolution of the band's musical style — the guitar sound based on riffs takes center stage. Many critics consider this album to be the most "heavy" in Led Zeppelin's discography. Led Zeppelin II had good sales and became the band's first album to reach the top of the UK and US charts. In 1970, the album's art director, David Juniper, was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Album Design category. By November 15, 1999, the album had sold over 12 million copies. A rare British original of the cult band.  Wind and Wuthering is the eighth studio album by the English progressive rock band Genesis. It was released on December 17, 1976 on Charisma Records and is their last studio album featuring guitarist Steve Hackett. After the success of their 1976 tour in support of their previous album, A Trick of the Tail, the band moved to Hilvarenbeek in the Netherlands to record their next album, their first recorded outside the UK. Writing and recording caused internal friction, as Hackett felt that some of his contributions had been rejected in favor of material by keyboardist Tony Banks. The album received a positive response from critics and boosted the band's popularity in the United States. It reached No. 7 in the UK and No. 26 in the US and sold steadily, eventually receiving Gold Certification from the British Phonographic Institute and the Recording Industry Association of America.
