It was the more popular of the two albums, reaching number two on the US Billboard 200 chart, while the title single, Human Touch (a double single featuring the song Better Days by Lucky Town), reached number one on the Mainstream Rock chart and number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Since then, "Human Touch" has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for over one million copies sold in the United States and was nominated for Best Rock Vocal Performance at the Grammy Awards in 1993.
