ALICE COOPER-MUSCLE OF LOVE -1973-FIRST PRESS (PROMO) USA-WARNER-BS2748. Rare American promo of the original. Muscle of Love is the seventh Studio album by American rock singer Alice Cooper, released in 1973. This is the last Studio album recorded by him as part of the rock band of the same name. This is a concept album about teen angst, life on the streets of new York, and male prostitution. Instead of the usual packaging, the original LP was issued in small corrugated cardboard, hinting that such packaging may have contained something other than a record, and the "spot" was deliberately printed along the bottom. The song "Man with the Golden Gun" was planned as the title song for the Film the man with the Golden Gun, until the producers strongly opposed it. Liza Minnelli sings backing vocals on "Teenage Lament '74". The album peaked at number 10 in the US[7] and number 34 in the UK

BADFINGER-BADFINGER-1973-FIRST PRESS (PROMO) GERMANY-WARNER-WB56023. Mega rare promo original of the cult album. Badfinger is the sixth Studio album by British rock band Badfinger. The album was recorded in the fall of 1973 and released in 1974 on the Warner Bros. label .Records. It was the first of two albums released by the band on the Warner label. When Badfinger were finishing work on their last album for Apple Records, Ass, the band's Manager, Stan Polley, signed them to a three-year, six-album deal with Warner Bros.Records. As a result, shortly after the band and producer Chris Thomas completed recording Ass , they returned to the Studio to make a new album for Warner. Originally scheduled for release on December 28, 1973, the album was delayed due to Ass being released the same month. After the release of Badfinger has received an unfavorable review in Rolling Stone magazine. The UK single released after the album "Love is Easy" failed to chart. The follow-up single released in the US, "I Miss You", also failed. In the United States, the album peaked at number 161 on the BillboardTop 200 LPs & Tape list, making it Badfinger's lowest-charting album there. Part of the reason for the poor commercial performance was that due to legal proceedings with Apple, this album and Ass came out within a few months of each other; in fact, in the UK, Badfinger actually preceded Ass. ...more

SWINGING BLUE JEANS-BLUE JEANS A' SWINGING-1964-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-ELECTROLA STE83772 A very rare German original of the first album of the brilliant British beat band. The Swinging Blue Jeans were a British merseybeat band that formed in Liverpool, England in 1960 (initially as Blue Jeans) and remained in history, mainly due to the performance of American singer Chen Romero's hit "Hippy Hippy Shake", followed by the (moderately successful) singles "Good Golly Miss Molly", "you're No Good" and "Don't Make Me Over" (which marked the last appearance Quartet in the charts in 1966).
