The Swinging Blue Jeans were a British merseybeat band that formed in Liverpool, England in 1960 (initially as Blue Jeans) and remained in history, mainly due to the performance of American singer Chen Romero's hit "Hippy Hippy Shake", followed by the (moderately successful) singles "Good Golly Miss Molly", "you're No Good" and "Don't Make Me Over" (which marked the last appearance Quartet in the charts in 1966).
