BRONCO-COUNTRY HOME-1970-FIRST PRESS UK-ISLAND-ILPS9124.A-2U/B-2U matrices . Stamper 1M/1O (a Dream!).  A very rare British original prog-Blues psychedelia. The band was formed in late 1969 by vocalist Jess Roden, after his departure from the Alan Bown Set. In General, the band has its roots in Led Zeppelin itself. After all, Kevyn Gammond, Paul Lockey, and John Pasternak were members of the first Robert Plant and John Bonham Band of Joy. Bronco were signed to Island Records and released two albums, "Country Home"and" Ace of Sunlight". Rodin left the band in mid-1972. They released three albums during their existence, Country Home (1970), Ace of Sunlight (1971) and Smoking Mix (1973).

The album was released in August 1982. Rough Diamonds, like its predecessor, Desolation Angels, was recorded at Ridge Farm studios in Surrey, England, in March and April 1982, and engineered by max Norman (known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne). It was the last album by the original Bad Company line-up and the most recent Studio album to feature Paul Rogers. The album's debut track, "Electricland", written by Rogers, became the album's biggest hit. The track "Painted face" Rogers on the air rock stations spun day and night.
