The album peaked at number four in the US and number three in the UK. The album contains the singles "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me", which peaked at number 16 on the UK Singles chart and number two in the US, and "The Bitch Is Back", which peaked at number 15 in the UK and number four in the US. Both singles reached number one in Canada on the national RPM 100 Top Singles Chart, as did the album itself. The album was met with lukewarm reviews on its release, and legacy reviews do not consider this record one of John's best works from his peak period of the early 1970s. However, the album was a commercial success and was certified double platinum in the US, as well as being certified gold in the UK. A rare original of the cult pop-rock wave album with a promo poster. Stay on These Roads is the third studio album by Norwegian music group A-ha. It was released on May 3, 1988. The album was certified platinum in Brazil, and gold in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. The album was recorded in 1987 and released on May 3, 1988. In 1987, the single "The Living Daylights" was released, which became the theme to the film "Sparks from the Eyes" about James Bond and was later included in the album. Of the singles, the most popular was "Stay on These Roads", which reached number one on the Norwegian chart, and performed well in other European countries. Less popular was the single "Touchy!" and even less popular were "The Blood That Moves The Body" and "You Are The One". The latest single There's Never A Forever Thing didn't make it to any of the national charts at all. In 1992, a remix of the single "The Blood That Moves The Body"was released. The album peaked at number 148 on the US Billboard 200, [5] but none of the singles reached the Billboard Hot 100. Abbey Road took place from February to August 1969 and was the last joint project of all four members of the ensemble (the last numbered album of the group Let It Be, released in 1970, was mostly recorded in January 1969). The record was produced by George Martin, who had worked with the band since 1962. Abbey Road sold four million copies in its first two months. In the UK, the album debuted at the top of the national chart, where it remained for 11 weeks, before being pushed out by The Rolling Stones ' Let It Bleed for one week. It then returned to # 1 again (in the Christmas week) and stayed there for another six weeks (17 weeks in total), until it was displaced by Led Zeppelin's second record, Led Zeppelin II. In total, Abbey Road spent 81 weeks on the UK albums chart. The situation was similar abroad.
