BOWIE, DAVID-HEROES -1977-FIRST PRESS UK-RCA-PL12522. A rare British original of the cult album .. "Heroes" is the twelfth studio album by British musician David Bowie, released on October 14, 1977 on the RCA Records label; the second of the so-called "Berlin trilogy" (albums Low, "Heroes", Lodger), recorded in collaboration with Brian Eno. The only album of the cycle, entirely recorded in Berlin. On the "Heroes" disc, the sound of Low's previous album evolved in a more "positive" direction. The composition of the same name — a classic story of two lovers secretly meeting near the Berlin Wall with a threat to their lives - remains one of Bowie's most famous songs to this day. The album as a whole was extremely highly appreciated by critics - in particular, thanks to the contribution of guitarist Robert Fripp, who specially flew from the USA for one day to record his guitar parts. At Home is the second album by the rock band Shocking Blue. It was released in 1969 on the Pink Elephant label. This album was the debut for Mariska Veres. This is the first recording of the band with singer Mariska Veres. Robbie van Leeuwen acquired Veres in an attempt to emulate the shape of Jefferson's female airplane. Thanks to Veres' remarkable vocal performance and stunning appearance, the band finally had an adequate frontwoman. The band's second album was a mix of influences from pop rock to psychedelic rock. There is also early evidence of their interest in Americana, with tracks such as "California Here I Come" and "Harley Davidson".
