A rare Swedish original of the cult band's debut album. The debut album of the Swedish pop-rock band Roxette. Pearls of Passion was recorded at EMI Studios in Stockholm in 1986, and was released only in Scandinavia and Canada. The first edition of the Swedish record has an engraved inscription on the rim: "T'WAS A PLEASURE - CAPTAIN AND KANGAROO". Mega rare original of the cult album. Artwoods is a British rock band formed in 1963 and worked between 1964 and 1967.Singer Arthur Wood, from whom the band took its name, was the older brother of Ronnie Wood (who later became famous thanks to Faces and Rolling Stones). Art Wood was the lead singer of Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated for a short period in 1962, while also leading his own band ART WOOD COMBO. When keyboardist Jon Lord (later founded DEEP PURPLE)   and guitarist Derek Griffiths of Red Bludd's Bluesicians joined the ART WOOD COMBO, ARTWOODS was formed.  They were very popular competing with the ANIMALS group, but sales did not reflect this popularity.   ...more

A rare original in a very rare top condition. Stop is a hard rock/R and B album by the first incarnation of Eric Burdon's band, which included Burdon, John Sterling, Kim Kesterson and Terry Ryan. The band was formed in 1971, after Burdon left his previous band War to record an album with Jimmy Witherspoon. They recorded the 1971 album Guilty! and then, without Witherspoon, this album. Released only in July 1975, it did not have a single hit, but enjoyed some success on the American chart, reaching both American and Canadian albums. A bright red and white cover cut octagonally in the shape of a traffic stop sign. Inside the spread, a large black-and-white portrait of Burdon is depicted on one surface. The album received high marks and broke into the top 20 charts on both sides of the Atlantic. ...more
