Waiting for the Sun is the third studio album by American rock band The Doors, released in July 1968. The CD was recorded at Sunset Sound Studio (Los Angeles). It was originally planned that it would be based on the 25-minute composition "The Celebration of Lizard", but after listening to the recorded material, which only Morrison was satisfied with, this idea had to be abandoned. The album also did not include the title song, which was transferred to the album Morrison Hotel. While working on the album, Morrison often got drunk, which infuriated producer Paul Rothschild. "Heroes" is the twelfth studio album by British musician David Bowie, released on October 14, 1977 on the RCA Records label; the second of the so-called "Berlin trilogy" (albums Low, "Heroes", Lodger), recorded in collaboration with Brian Eno. The only album of the cycle, entirely recorded in Berlin. On the "Heroes" disc, the sound of Low's previous album evolved in a more "positive" direction. The composition of the same name — a classic story of two lovers secretly meeting near the Berlin Wall with a threat to their lives - remains one of Bowie's most famous songs to this day.
