"Blaze of Glory" is the first solo album by American musician, Bon Jovi band leader Jon Bon Jovi, released in 1990. It is also considered the soundtrack of the movie "Young Arrows 2". Emilio Estevez asked Bon Jovi for their song "Wanted Dead or Alive" from the album "Slippery When Wet" as the theme for his upcoming sequel film about Billy the Kid, but instead Jon Bon Jovi composed several songs for this film. The recording of the album was attended by such stars as Elton John, Little Richard and Jeff Beck. The title song of this album — "Blaze of Glory" — was nominated in 1991 for the Academy Award in the category "Best Music for a Film".
