"The Star and the Death of Joaquin Murieta— is a rock opera by Alexey Rybnikov and Pavel Grushko. One of the first rock operas in the USSR, created on the initiative of director Mark Zakharov based on the dramatic cantata by the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda "The Shining and Death of Joaquin Murieta, a Chilean robber killed in California on July 23, 1853." The play was performed on the stage of the Lenkom Theater for 17 seasons and was shown 1050 times.  In 1978, the first record "The Star and the Death of Joaquin Murieta" was released — the main parts were performed by: The Star, Teresa - Jeanne Rozhdestvenskaya; Joaquin Murieta, Death - Gennady Trofimov. OUT OF FOCUS-WAKE UP!-1971-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-KUCKUCK- 2375006. One of the best prog albums in Germany on a prestigious label. Out Of Focus is a German krautrock-rock fusion band formed at the end of 1968 in Munich: Hennes Herring - keyboards (mainly Hammond organ), Remigius Drexler - guitar, Hans-Georg Neumuller - vocals and brass, Klaus Speri - drums and Stefan Visheu - bass. Out of Focus got their name from the track Blue Cheer, but were also influenced by Soft Machine and Xhol Caravan and quickly created a special style mixing rock, jazz and psychedelic overtones. The band's music was known for the socio-political propaganda present in Moran Neumuller's songs. The first compilation album by the American rock band the Eagles, released on February 17, 1976 by Asylum Records. The album contains a selection of songs from the first four Eagles albums released between the formation of the Eagles in 1971 and 1975. Their greatest hits (1971-1975) reached number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, where they remained for five weeks. "One of These Nights" and "The Best of My Love" topped the Billboard Hot 100. The album is notable for being the first album to receive platinum certification by the RIAA, which was introduced in 1976 to recognize albums sold a million copies in the United States. It peaked at number four on the Billboard year-end Albums chart in 1976 and spent a total of 239 weeks on the Billboard 200 as of August 2018. Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) was the best-selling album of the 20th century in the United States, and it remained so for several years until it was surpassed by Michael Jackson's thriller after the artist's death in 2009.. But he regained this title in August 2018. Records in the USA. The presence of detailed musical compositions with long instrumental passages in the album brings it closer in style to progressive rock. This is the last CD of the band recorded with the participation of the original drummer Peak Withers. The singles from the album, "Private Investigations", reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart, and "Industrial Disease" reached number 9 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks. The album topped the charts in Australia, Austria, Italy, New Zealand, Norway and the UK, and peaked at No. 19 in the US.
