A very rare original of the cult album.  In Search of the Lost Chord is the third studio album by the British band The Moody Blues, released in July 1968 on Deram Records. The Moody Blues' second album, recorded in the classic Hayward—Pinder—Lodge—Thomas Edge line—up, and the band's second work with producer Tony Clark. On this record, the band's signature sound was formed, built around a mellotron. The album was written under the influence of LSD, transcendental meditation and Oriental music, in particular, Hindustani music. The theme of the album's songs touches on such topics as the spiritual development of a person, his desire for search and discovery. Two songs from the record, "Ride My See-Saw" and "Voices in the Sky", were also released as singles. After the release of In Search of the Lost, Chord took quite high positions in the charts. In the UK, he was in the top five albums, and in Germany and the USA in the top thirty. The album was released in the USA on June 7, 1976 by Capitol Records (catalog number SKBO 11537), in the UK on June 10, 1976 by Parlophone (catalog number PCSP 719); at that time, some media suggested that the album was released on the twentieth anniversary of the first meeting of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. If this was indeed the intention, then EMI made a mistake in their calculations, since in reality these two first met in July 1957. The album's title, Rock ’n’ Roll Music, is most likely taken from a Chuck Berry song, a version of which performed by The Beatles was included on the second side of the album. After Alice Cooper returned to the big stage in 1986 (since 1983, the musician has been undergoing treatment for alcoholism), and the release of the relatively successful albums Constrictor and Raise Your Fist and Yell, Alice Cooper decided to consolidate success. To do this, he, firstly, did not renew his contract with MCA and signed a contract with the record company Epic, and secondly, invited the famous musician and producer Desmond Child, who was widely known for his work with Kiss, Bon Jovi and Bonnie Tyler.
