Concerto for Group and Orchestra (in translation from English. — "Concerto for group and orchestra") is a live album by British rock band Deep Purple, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic orchestra. One of the first attempts to blend classical music and rock music in one work. Was released in the U.S. in December 1969, and in the UK in January 1970. At the time of formation of the second Deep Purple line in the group, there was a confrontation between art-rock ambitions of Lord John and the hard-rock of Ritchie Blackmore. The Lord considered the possibility of creating works which will combine the features of classical and rock music. Deep Purple Manager Tony Edwards decides to go for broke and reserves albert Hall on 24 September, leaving John Lord about six months to write the score. The CD was released after the extraordinary success of Band on the Run and also became very popular. Paul McCartney's first album with Capitol Records. After the release of Band on the Run, Wings also included Jimmy McCulloch (lead guitarist) and Jeff Britton (drummer) in 1974. After McCartney wrote several new songs for the upcoming album, the band flew to New Orleans in January 1975 to record Venus and Mars.Britton, after an argument with McCulloch, left the band, having managed to participate in the recording of only three songs of the album. He was urgently picked up a replacement-American Joe English, with whom the recording was continued. Fleetwood Mac is the tenth studio album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on July 11, 1975 by Reprise Records. It was the second album of the same name by the band, the first was the debut album of 1968. It was the first Fleetwood Mac album with Lindsey Buckingham as the guitarist and Stevie Nicks as the vocalist, after Bob Welch (guitarist, singer and composer) left the band at the end of 1974. On September 4, 1976, the album topped the US Billboard 200 chart, 58 weeks after its release. In support of the album, three singles were released — "Over My Head", "Rhiannon" and "Say You Love Me" — each of which hit the top twenty of the chart, with the last two stopping a step away from the Top 10 - both in 11th place. BLIND FAITH-BLIND FAITH-1969-FIRST PRESS UK-POLYDOR-583059. Of The Matrix A-1/B-1. Mega rare original of the cult album in top condition. Blind Faith is the only album by the British rock band of the same name, which was released in August 1969 and immediately topped the US and UK charts. Recording took place in London, first at Morgan Studios, and then at Olympic Studios, under the direction of producer Jimmy Miller. All tracks on this album belong to the band members, except for a cover version of "Well All Right" from the Buddy Holly repertoire. The album received positive reviews from critics, was a great commercial success and immediately topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The cover of the album, published in the UK, shows a young topless girl (the younger sister of photographer Bob Seidemann, the creator of the cover) holding a model airplane. In the US, this picture was considered not quite decent, and the album was also released with an alternative cover, which featured a photo of the band members.
