KRAFTWERK-COMPUTER WORLD-1981-THE FIRST PRESS HOLLAND-ELECTROLA-1A-062-64370. Mega rare original of the cult album.Computerwelt is the eighth studio album by German electronic band Kraftwerk, released in 1981. This is the fifth, since Autobahn (1974), concept album by the band, dedicated this time to the world of computers, calculators and numbers. By the time Computerwelt was released, pop music had already counted dozens of successful electronic bands who, having adopted Kraftwerk's previous ideas, took them to the next level; against this background, the Kraftwerk album was not so revolutionary. In the aspect of the band's creativity, the record, nevertheless, is considered strong, not least due to innovative rhythms. A year later, the rhythm of the song Numbers and the melody of Trans-Europa Express from the album of the same name were used in the composition of Africa Bambata Planet Rock, which had a great influence on the further development of hip-hop and electro.
