EURYTHMICS-IN THE GARDEN-1981-ORIGINAL PRESS 1983-GERMANY-RCA- PL70006. A rare first album by a famous band. In the Garden is the debut studio album by British new wave duo Eurythmics.. It was released on October 16, 1981 on RCA Records. The album was co-produced with Krautrock producer Connie Planck in his studio in Cologne, and features numerous guest musicians, including Blondie drummer Clem Burke, Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft drummer Robert Gerl and the duo Can Holger Chukay and Jaki Liebezeit (Jaki Liebezeit), informs . Plank previously worked with the duo when they were in their previous band The Tourists. Two singles were released from the album in the UK: "Never Gonna Cry Again" and "Belinda".
