EURYTHMICS-IN THE GARDEN-1981-ORIGINAL PRESS 1983-GERMANY-RCA- PL70006. A rare first album by a famous band. In the Garden is the debut studio album by British new wave duo Eurythmics.. It was released on October 16, 1981 on RCA Records. The album was co-produced with Krautrock producer Connie Planck in his studio in Cologne, and features numerous guest musicians, including Blondie drummer Clem Burke, Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft drummer Robert Gerl and the duo Can Holger Chukay and Jaki Liebezeit (Jaki Liebezeit), informs . Plank previously worked with the duo when they were in their previous band The Tourists. Two singles were released from the album in the UK: "Never Gonna Cry Again" and "Belinda". Neither the album nor the singles achieved much commercial success, although "Never Gonna Cry Again" reached number 63 on the UK singles chart. ...more

On the Road to Freedom is an album by English rock musician Alvin Lee and American gospel singer Milon Lefevre. Released in November 1973, it was Lee's first solo project, which achieved international success thanks to his leadership of a blues rock band ten years later. The album was recorded at Lee's home studio in south Oxfordshire, which he and Lefebvre built specifically for the project. Guest musicians on the sessions were George Harrison, Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Ron Wood and Mick Fleetwood. "Fallen Angel" and Harrison's song "So Sad (No Love of His Own)" were released as singles from the album. The album On the Road to Freedom was well received by music critics, although Lee's more subtle guitar playing and new musical direction were not welcomed by fans Ten Years After.  ...more

He also directed the film "More", for which Pink Floyd also recorded the soundtrack. The CD was recorded in six days in France, at the Chateau d’Erouville. As in the case of the soundtrack to the film "More", you can hear several modified versions of the songs on the album. "Obscured by Clouds" reached number six on the UK charts and number 46 in the US.  ...more
