A rare early edition of the cult album of the British prog rock legend. H to He, Who Am the Only One is the third album by British progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. The album was released in 1970 on Charisma Records. The band recorded the album in several stages in the mid-1970s at Trident Studios with producer John Anthony. The album failed to chart in the UK, and initial reviews were mixed, but critics have since considered it a good example of high-quality progressive rock albums. ...more

A rare original of SANDRA singles including a large poster for 6 spreads. Ten on One (Singles) is the first greatest hits album by German singer Sandra, released on October 15, 1987 on Virgin Records. The album was a commercial success and spawned one of Sandra's most successful singles, a cover version of "Everlasting Love" originally recorded by Robert Knight. "Everlasting Love" was released as the lead single from the album and became one of Sandra's most successful singles, reaching the top five in Germany, Greece and Switzerland. "Stop for a Minute" became the second and last single in early 1988 and reached the top 10 in Germany, as well as the top 20 in Switzerland and Denmark. The Australian Recording Industry Association placed the album at the 48th position in the list of the "50 best albums" for 1988. The album's title song "Unchain My Heart", followed by "Two Wrongs", took the 11th place on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. JOPLIN, JANIS-IN CONCERT (2LP'S)-1972- FIRST PRESS USA-COLUMBIA-AL31162.  A rare American original of the cult album. In Concert is a live album by Janis Joplin. It was released in 1972, after Joplin's death, as a double album. The first record contains performances with Big Brother and the Holding Company, and the second with the Full Tilt Boogie Band, recorded in different locations in 1968 and 1970. There are no live recordings from her first solo work with the Kozmic Blues band on the album, although the songs produced with this group were performed in Full Tilt Boogie Band recordings. The photographs used for the gatefold album were taken by photographer David Gar in New York in 1969 and 1970. The album peaked at number four on the Billboard 200 in the US. ...more

On the Road to Freedom is an album by English rock musician Alvin Lee and American gospel singer Milon Lefevre. Released in November 1973, it was Lee's first solo project, which achieved international success thanks to his leadership of a blues rock band ten years later. The album was recorded at Lee's home studio in south Oxfordshire, which he and Lefebvre built specifically for the project. Guest musicians on the sessions were George Harrison, Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Ron Wood and Mick Fleetwood. "Fallen Angel" and Harrison's song "So Sad (No Love of His Own)" were released as singles from the album. The album On the Road to Freedom was well received by music critics, although Lee's more subtle guitar playing and new musical direction were not welcomed by fans Ten Years After.  ...more
