Recorded in the winter of 1977 (although the appointment was made in October 1976) in London (Studio "Audio International Studios"). Released on RCA records in April of the same year. The film was produced by the musicians themselves. This album laid the Foundation for the next three albums. Released on February 4, 1991. The last album "Queen", recorded and released during the life of Freddie Mercury. The name Innuendo contains an "indirect hint" that the band will not last long in this line-up. The last songs were very difficult for Freddie, who was already seriously ill. Nevertheless, the album was finished and well received by the public. Several music videos were made in support of him, one of which, "These Are The Days of Our Lives", was the last video featuring Mercury.Despite mixed reviews from critics, Queen's new album peaked at number one on the album charts in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and her native United Kingdom, going double platinum. ...more

A rare American original. A Night at the Opera is the fourth studio album by the rock band Queen, released on December 2, 1975. The record was a great success: its sales reached three million, and in the UK charts it held the first position for four inconsistent weeks. The title of the album — "A Night at the Opera" — as well as the subsequent one, is taken from the repertoire of American comedians of the 1930s by the Marx brothers, namely from the film of the same name. At each Queen concert, several songs from A Night at the Opera were necessarily performed (while "Love of My Life" was never performed in the album version). It is considered that the song "Death on Two Legs" is dedicated to the former producer of the band. "Bohemian Rhapsody" brought the band a resounding success and in 2000 was recognized in Britain as the "song of the millennium". The final album, "God Save the Queen", is the anthem of Great Britain arranged by Brian May; it was this composition that invariably completed each concert of the band. He also directed the film "More", for which Pink Floyd also recorded the soundtrack. The CD was recorded in six days in France, at the Chateau d’Erouville. As in the case of the soundtrack to the film "More", you can hear several modified versions of the songs on the album. "Obscured by Clouds" reached number six on the UK charts and number 46 in the US.  ...more
