H to He, Who Am the Only One is the third album by British progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. The album was released in 1970 on Charisma Records. The band recorded the album in several stages in the mid-1970s at Trident Studios with producer John Anthony. The album failed to chart in the UK, and initial reviews were mixed, but critics have since considered it a good example of high-quality progressive rock albums.
