The album was recorded in several locations, including Pink Floyd-owned Britannia Row Studios and Astoria. The Division Bell reached the top of the charts in the UK and the United States, but critics reacted coolly to it. The album was released immediately after Pink Floyd's tour of the USA and Europe. Released on February 4, 1991. The last album "Queen", recorded and released during the life of Freddie Mercury. The name Innuendo contains an "indirect hint" that the band will not last long in this line-up. The last songs were very difficult for Freddie, who was already seriously ill. Nevertheless, the album was finished and well received by the public.
