Yes album is the third studio album by the English progressive rock band Yes, released on February 19, 1971 on Atlantic Records. It was the band's first album featuring guitarist Steve Howe, who replaced Peter Banks in 1970, as well as their last album featuring keyboardist Tony Kaye until the album 90125 in 1983.The album was a critical success and became a major commercial breakthrough for Yes, who risked being dropped by Atlantic due to the commercial failures of their first two albums. It reached number 4 in the United Kingdom and number 40 in the United States, and was later certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America with over a million copies.

The full name of the disc is It's Naz: only part of the inscription "'SNAZ" is depicted on the front side of the record, which many mistakenly indicate as the name of the album; there is an assumption (including due to the lack of a space) that this is a "provocation".The album is a recording of a concert at the Pacific Colisium in Vancouver in May 1981, held as part of a tour of North America. Several more concerts of that tour were recorded on tape, but this one, according to the band, was the best. After recording the album "XII" in 1978, the band lost the "branded" mellotrons of Stuart "Woolley" Woolstenholm. Feeling close within the Barclay James Harvest group, Woolley seriously engaged in a solo career. The remaining trio of musicians decided to continue the existence of their collective, making up for the loss mainly due to session musicians.
