A very rare original of the cult album.  On the Threshold of a Dream is the fourth studio album by the British band The Moody Blues, released in April 1969 on Deram Records. This is The Moody Blues' third album recorded with the classic Hayward—Pinder—Lodge—Thomas Edge line—up, and the band's third collaboration with producer Tony Clark. On the Threshold of a Dream was the band's first album, which was recorded in a relatively calm environment, without taking time to work in the studio between concerts. This is partly due to the success of the two previous albums Days of Future Passed and In Search of the Lost Chord, which provided the band with significant attention from the record company Decca Records. In addition, the band members now had a much better idea of what they could achieve in the studio and began writing songs with these possibilities in mind. Equally important, they have just completed an extensive tour of the USA (opening for Cream) and learned a lot during the concerts over the previous year, achieving a much bolder and denser sound both instrumentally and vocally. As a result, On the Threshold of a Dream became one of the most successful albums of the band's entire existence, reached the #1 position in the UK and entered the "Top 20" in the USA. A mega rare original of the second press of the first album, which is one of the icons in rock music. Black Sabbath is the debut album by the rock band Black Sabbath, released in the United Kingdom on February 13, 1970. On March 7, 1970, the album rose to #8 on the UK Albums Chart and to #23 on the Billboard 200. Recorded in just three days (8 hours of studio work) and costing the band only 1,200 pounds, Black Sabbath's debut album is now considered a heavy metal classic. In the IGN Music list (Top 25 Metal Albums), he is in 13th place (the band's second album, Paranoid, is second here, behind Master of Puppets (Metallica)).  ...more

HARD STUFF-BULLETPROOF-1972-THE FIRST UK-PUP PRESS -TPSA7505. matrices A-1U/B-1U. 1G/1G Stamper (A Dream!!!!!)  Hard Stuff was formed in 1970 from already well-known musicians as a trio, but first under the name Daemon. It consists of bass guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist John Gustafson (participated in The Big Three, The Merseybeats, Quatermass, Roxy Music, Ian Gillan Band), guitarist and vocalist John Du Cann (Andromeda, Atomic Rooster), drummer Paul Hammond (Intellectuals, Atomic Rooster), as well as an unknown vocalist Al Sbawz. The result was, as it were, a fusion of two musicians who left Atomic Rooster and one who came from the disbanded Quatermass, plus a vocalist. With this line-up and under the name Daemon, they recorded the album “The Entrance to Hell” in 1971. Due to the non-release of the album, the band renamed itself Bullet, after which it toured a lot, including several times opening for Deep Purple and even released a couple of singles, but again in 1972 changed its name to Hard Stuff due to the presence of a group in the United States called Bullet, which may have threatened lawsuits. And with a new name, the band released two full-length albums on the chic Deep Purple label, and also continued to perform with successful concert tours, and perhaps would have done more, but unfortunately, having got into a serious car accident, so two members were seriously injured, and their further career was terminated. But still, they managed to create these wonderful releases already as a trio without vocalist Al Sbawz. The first full-length album “Bulletproof” was released in 1972 on the famous Purple Records label, which was created in 1971 by the leadership of Deep Purple. ...more

It was released in July 1963 and reached number 2 on the UK Albums Chart. The album contains 14 songs from his singles released between August 1958 and May 1962. It includes all of Richard's singles from this period that reached the top 3 of the UK Singles Chart. In Canada, the album was retitled "Living Doll" and was released in September 1963 and spent three weeks at number 1 on the Chum Albums Index in October and eight weeks in the top 5 overall. ...more
