Six-year-old Samantha Gates and her four-year-old brother Stefan posed. The cover photo is a collage of more than thirty pictures. The album cover did not contain any information about the artists or the title. In the USA, the headline was written on ribbons that were taped over children's buttocks. Despite this precaution, the record was banned in many states of the "Bible Belt". "They wouldn't let us do anything like that today, they would immediately accuse us of pedophilia propaganda," says Powell, "but we were hippies, walking around naked was completely commonplace for us."
