It was originally released in Scandinavia on November 17, 1975 and in other parts of the world in 1976, notably in the UK on April 10 and September 18 in the USA and Canada. The release of Greatest Hits coincided with the beginning of ABBA's huge popularity in the UK in the second half of the 1970s, becoming the first of eight consecutive number one albums for the band. It spent eleven consecutive weeks at the top of the UK Albums Chart and became the best-selling album of 1976 and the second best-selling album of the 1970s. As of July 2016, it is the 46th best-selling album of all time in the UK, with sales of over 2.6 million Greatest Hits was released in the USA and Canada in September 1976, but record sales peaked only in April 1977, when the song "Dancing Queen" took first place in both countries. "Dancing Queen" was not included in the Greatest Hits, but it was the lead single from the new studio album Arrival, and it aroused interest in the ABBA back catalog. A very rare British original of the iconic album. Off the Ground (from English — "From the ground") is the ninth solo studio album by Paul McCartney, released in 1993, McCartney's first studio album in the 1990s, following Flowers in the Dirt released in 1989. The album Off the Ground itself was released on February 1, 1993. The album rose to number 5 on the UK chart, and to number 17 on the US chart (it was certified gold there). The album was the first McCartney album in which no single became a notable hit in the United States; this has not been the case in McCartney's practice since the Wings Wild Life album in 1971. While the single "Hope of Deliverance" was floundering somewhere in the depths of the American singles chart, it rose to number 18 in the UK; "C'mon People" was less successful in the UK chart, and almost unnoticeable in the US. The album rose to number 5 on the UK Top 100 Albums Chart and stayed on the chart for only 6 weeks. In Germany, the album achieved relatively greater success, rose to number 2 and stayed there for 4 weeks, was certified platinum; the single "Hope of Deliverance" rose to number 3 on the singles chart.
