AC/DC-WHO MADE WHO- 1986-FIRST PRESS UK/EU-GERMANY-ATLANTIC-781650-1.  A rare European original, Who Made Who is an album by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC, released in 1986 as the soundtrack to the Stephen King film Maximum Acceleration. Who Made Who includes three new tracks (the title song, as well as two instrumental tracks: "Chase the Ace" and "D.T."), as well as old hits of the band: five songs from the Brian Johnson period (two tracks from the album Back in Black, two from the album Fly on the Wall, and one from the album For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)) and one from the Bon Scott period ("Ride On" from the album Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap) The album was a relative success and allowed the band to return to the charts after the unsuccessful (compared to Back in Black and For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)) albums Fly on the Wall and Flick of the Switch. ...more

This is a compilation album by the American band Sly and the Family Stone. It was first released on November 21, 1970 by Epic Records. The album includes all the singles from the albums Dance to the Music (1968), Life (1968) and Stand! (1969). Three tracks released as singles in 1969 first appear on the album here: "Hot Fun in the Summertime", "Everybody Is a Star" and "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)". The recordings in this compilation do not always match the versions of the singles; some songs are presented here in their album version and mixes. Mixes sometimes have different editing and vocal and/or instrumentation changes. Greatest Hits was certified five times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), selling five million copies in the United States. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine ranked the album 60th on its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, 61st on its revised 2012 list, and 343rd in its 2020 ranking. ...more

The album was certified platinum in both the United Kingdom and the United States, selling five million copies in its first year of release. A very rare original of the iconic album  The Kink Kontroversy is the third studio album by English rock band The Kinks. It was released in the United Kingdom on November 26, 1965 by Pye Records. Released in the United States on March 30, 1966 by Reprise Records, it became The Kinks' first American album with the same track list as its British counterpart. This is a transitional album containing elements of both earlier Kinks styles (songs with strong blues influences such as "Milk Cow Blues" and variations on the themes of the band's hits from 1964 to 1965 based on power chords such as "Until the End of the Day") and early indications of the future direction of Ray Davis' songwriting styles ("The World Keeps Going Round" and "I'm on an Island"). The title notes were written by Michael Aldred. The single "Till the End of the Day" became a real hit, peaking at number 8 in the UK and number 50 in the US, staying on each chart for eight weeks or more. ...more
