Silverhead is a British glam rock band founded in early 1972, led by singer and actor Michael Des Barres. The other band members were: Robbie Blunt (guitar), Rod Rook Davis (guitar, percussion, vocals), Nigel Harrison (bass guitar) and Pete Thompson (drums, percussion, keyboards, vocals). They signed with Deep Purple's Purple Records label and recorded two studio albums, Silverhead (1972) and 16 and Savaged (1973), and were part of the 1970s glam rock music scene. In the UK, they have opened for bands such as Nazareth at Finsbury Park and Osibisa at Brixton Sandown, and have also headlined at Dagenham Roundhouse. Work on the third studio album (working title "Brutiful") began in 1974, but the band broke up in July 1974 before it was finished.

Holy Diver is the debut studio album by Dio, released in 1983. After leaving Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio put together a new band, which included drummer Vinnie Appisi, bassist Jimmy Bain and guitarist Vivian Campbell. Holy Diver's debut album was recorded in the style of Black Sabbath's latest works, which attracted many fans of this band to Ronnie's new band. Holy Diver reached number 13 in the UK charts and number 56 in the US (but here it went gold and subsequently platinum). Critics rate the album highly, and many of the songs from it are considered anthems and classics of heavy rock. Fleetwood Mac is the tenth studio album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on July 11, 1975 by Reprise Records. It was the band's second album of the same name, the first was the 1968 debut album. It was Fleetwood Mac's first album with Lindsey Buckingham as guitarist and Stevie Nicks as vocalist, after Bob Welch (guitarist, singer and songwriter) left the band at the end of 1974. On September 4, 1976, the album topped the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, 58 weeks after its release. In support of the record, three singles were released — "Over My Head", "Rhiannon" and "Say You Love Me" — each of which hit the top twenty of the charts, with the last two stopping a step away from the Top 10 - both at 11th place. A very rare original of the iconic album The Kink Kontroversy is the third studio album by English rock band The Kinks. It was released in the United Kingdom on November 26, 1965 by Pye Records. Released in the United States on March 30, 1966 by Reprise Records, it became The Kinks' first American album with the same track list as its British counterpart. This is a transitional album containing elements of both earlier Kinks styles (songs with strong blues influences such as "Milk Cow Blues" and variations on the themes of the band's hits from 1964 to 1965 based on power chords such as "Until the End of the Day") and early indications of the future direction of Ray Davis' songwriting styles ("The World Keeps Going Round" and "I'm on an Island").
