DEEP PURPLE-IN ROCK-1970- THE FIRST UK PRESS-HARVEST- SHVL777. Matrices A-2/B-1. Contract press at the Gryphon APS factory. There are no stampers. Experts note the great sound of this edition.  A rare British original contract press in top condition. Deep Purple in Rock is the fourth studio album by the British rock band Deep Purple, released on June 5, 1970 on Harvest Records. This is the first studio album recorded with the classic band line-up called "Mark II" (a little earlier, this line-up recorded the live album Concerto for Group and Orchestra). Since this album, the band's style has changed dramatically. Deep Purple started playing hard rock almost simultaneously with such bands as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, and are considered one of the founders and classics of this genre. According to the music critic, "the record became the epicenter of destruction, a fresh stream in the rock of the 1970s and a turn in history, in which the roots of the heavy metal style were laid." Deep Purple in Rock became the band's breakthrough album in Europe and reached number four on the UK national charts, remaining on the charts for over a year. His accompanying single "Black Night" reached the 2nd line. It has been included in various lists of the best albums, including Classic Rock magazine's list of the "100 Greatest British Albums of All Time" and Q magazine's list of the "50 Best Albums of the 70s." In 2015, the American website Ultimate Classic Rock ranked the album at the top of its ranking of Deep Purple's best works. Certified as a gold disc in the UK, USA, France, the Netherlands and Argentina.

PLANT, ROBERT-CALLING TO YOU (MAXI-6 TRACK'S)-1993-FIRST UK PRESS-FONTANA-FATE312. Mega rare original MAXI for the FATE OF NATIONS album. Fate of Nations is the sixth studio album by British singer Robert Plant. It was released on May 25, 1993. "From the very beginning of this project, around January 1991, right after the Manic Nirvana tour, I knew what I was going to do: go back in time, listen to [Moby] Grape, [Jefferson] Airplane, Tim Hardin, Quicksilver, Traffic and other rock musicians. These people were trying to tell the listener something by joining various traditions, with the understanding that the search was planned and intertwined in their acoustic and electronic themes. I'm also proud of the fact that I tried to make the album lyrical, trying to tell vivid stories that come from heartfelt traditional prose."Robert Plant. The Fate Of Nations album appeared by the middle of 1993. This album features not only Plant's regular band, but also many guest musicians such as Maire Brennan, Nigel Kennedy, and Richard Thompson. Guitarist Kevin Scott MacMichael also contributed significantly to the album. Fate Of Nations has absorbed a variety of styles and influences, some of which come from Led Zeppelin. Two songs from the album were released as singles (29 Palms and If I Were A Carpenter), followed by a world tour that ended in South America in early 1994.  ...more

BLACK SABBATH-TECHNICAL ECSTASY -1978- FIRST PRESS UK-VERTIGO-9102750. A rare original of the cult album . "Technical Ecstasy" is the seventh studio album by the British rock band Black Sabbath, released in 1976. Musically, the CD is a further development of the musical ideas of the guitarist and main composer of the band Tony Iommi. Just like on the last two albums, on Technical Ecstasy, simple and short songs such as "Rock 'N' Roll Doctor" contrast with longer and more complex songs such as "You Won't Change Me" and "Dirty Women". The source material was somewhat spoiled by unimportant production [the source is not specified for 102 days, and therefore could not repeat the commercial success of its predecessor, the album Sabotage (1975). Nevertheless, partly thanks to the beautiful songs, and partly thanks to the big name "Black Sabbath", this album sold steadily and eventually received its "platinum" in the UK and "gold" in the USA. Technical Ecstasy reached number 13 in the UK charts and number 51 in the US Billboard magazine charts ...more
