It was released on November 30, 1981 on the Swedish record label Polar. Recording for the album began in March and ended in November 1981 at Polar Music Studios in Stockholm. Like the previous albums, it went multi-platinum in all European countries and gold in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Styx is the ninth studio album by the American rock band Styx, released in 1979."Cornerstone" became Styx's third consecutive multi-platinum album and the first album to be nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group category. As with the previous four Styx albums, the band produced this album themselves. Styx recorded the album at Pumpkin Studios in Oak Lawn, Illinois. "Cornerstone" is best known for featuring the band's only song to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the powerful ballad "Babe". The album also includes the folk-rock song "Boat on the River", which became a hit in Europe but did not chart in the United States. FAT MATTRESS- FAT MATTRESS- 1969 -THE FIRST UK PRESS-POLYDOR-583056. A very rare British original of a cult album by a psycho folk-blues progressive British band. Fat Mattress is the self—titled debut studio album by the English rock band Fat Mattress, released on August 15, 1969. Fat Mattress was founded in late 1968 by vocalist Neil Landon and guitarist and vocalist Noel Redding, who at that time was playing bass guitar in the popular psychedelic rock band The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Landon and Redding had already written several songs for Landon's cancelled solo project and, having invited bassist Jim Leverton and drummer Eric Dillon, completed the writing and began recording their first material. The self-titled debut album was completed the following year and released in the UK by Polydor Records on August 15, and in the US by Atco Records in October. In support of the album, the band also released their debut single "Magic Forest", which reached number 11 in the Netherlands. Fat Mattress's debut album was a minor commercial success, peaking at number 134 on the US Billboard 200 chart. ...more

BEATLES-REVOLVER-1966-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-PARLOPHONE- PCS7009 Matrix Numbers: Side 1: YEX 605-1; Side 2: YEX 606-1.  2OH/3AO stamps (Early!) .  The first printing took place on August 5, 1966. Black label with yellow logo and silver lettering. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the beginning of the perimeter and contains the text “Sold in the UK on condition ...”. The usual white or white and black inner sleeves with the inscription “LP Advertisement". The label shows the KT tax code or without it. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 605-1 Side 2: XEX 606-1. This is how labels first appeared on the shelves.  The labels use the Arial sans-serif font. In addition, the labels used two versions: on the second side of the track, Doctor Robert is written with a typo as “Dr. ROBERT” and without mistake. On the first press on the labels, the name of each song began with a new line, with the first line being written exclusively for “Taxman” and “Eleanor Rigby” starting from the second line down. It should also be noted that on these original labels, the title of each song was followed by the credits, followed by the author. ...more
