A rare British original of the cult band.  Wind and Wuthering is the eighth studio album by the English progressive rock band Genesis. It was released on December 17, 1976 on Charisma Records and is their last studio album featuring guitarist Steve Hackett. After the success of their 1976 tour in support of their previous album, A Trick of the Tail, the band moved to Hilvarenbeek in the Netherlands to record their next album, their first recorded outside the UK. Writing and recording caused internal friction, as Hackett felt that some of his contributions had been rejected in favor of material by keyboardist Tony Banks. The album received a positive response from critics and boosted the band's popularity in the United States. It reached No. 7 in the UK and No. 26 in the US and sold steadily, eventually receiving Gold Certification from the British Phonographic Institute and the Recording Industry Association of America. A rare British original. The concert with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra by the English band Procol Harum was released in 1972; it was recorded at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Hall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on November 18, 1971. The album reached No. 7 in Canada and was very successful on the Billboard Top 200, peaking at number 5. It is the band's best-selling album, certified gold by the RIAA. The live version of the song "Conquistador" from this album became a hit on both pop and progressive radio in the United States and reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100, as well as the top 10 in several other countries. ...more

Return to Fantasy is the eighth studio album by the British rock band Uriah Heep, released on May 13, 1975 by Bronze in the UK and Warner Bros. Records in the USA. The album is known for the title song "Return to Fantasy". On the eve of the recording, there was another change of composition. Bassist Gary Thane left by mutual consent, because due to drug addiction he was physically unable to cope with a tight schedule of touring and recording. Later, on December 8, 1975, Gary Thane died at the age of 27 from an overdose. He was replaced from Roxy Music by bass guitarist John Wetton, who had previously played in the bands Family and King Crimson.
