"Happy Together" is a song written by Harry Bonner and Alan Gordon and recorded by the American rock band The Turtles. It was released as a single in January 1967, along with the song "Like the Seasons" (B-side), and reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming the band's first and only chart-topping hit. DEEP PURPLE-FIREBALL-1971-SECOND PRESS 1972 JAPAN-WARNER-P-8092W Rare Japanese edition of the cult album. Fireball is the fifth studio album by the British rock band Deep Purple. Recorded between September 1970 and June 1971, it was released in September 1971 on the Harvest Records label. The album was recorded at De Lane Lea Studios (like its predecessor). Compared to Deep Purple in Rock, this album was recorded in a more experimental style. Allmusic named it one of the band's four most important albums, along with Machine Head, In Rock and Burn. Ian Gillan, unlike the rest of the band, considers this album a classic of Deep Purple. However, he noted that the inclusion of "Anyone's Daughter" on the album (in a country style and with humorous lyrics) was fun, but a mistake ("A good bit of fun, but a mistake"). Jon Lord highlighted several tracks on the album, such as "No No No" and "Fools", and especially noted Pace's performance on the title track. The track "Strange Kind of Woman", released as a single in February 1971 and rose to number eight in the UK charts. It sold 20,000 copies in the first week. The rare Japanese edition of the cult album The Book of Taliesyn is the second studio album by the British band Deep Purple. It was released in the USA in October 1968 on the Tetragrammaton Records label, and in the UK in June 1969 on the EMI label. The musical style of The Book of Taliesyn is a mix of progressive rock, psychedelic rock and hard rock.[1][16][17][18][19]. Many reviewers believe that on this album the band demonstrated greater maturity and complexity of musical compositions than on the previous one. The album received a good rating in the USA, but like the previous one, it went completely unnoticed in the musicians' homeland, in the UK.
