MERCURY, FREDDIE/CABALLE, MONTSERRAT BARCELONA-1988-FIRST PRESS UK/EU-HOLLAND-POLYDOR-837277-1. Barcelona is the second studio album by Freddie Mercury, released on October 10, 1988. Recorded with the participation of opera singer Montserrat Caballe. Freddie Mercury's second and last lifetime solo album. The CD was recorded in 1987-1988 at Mountain Studios. The idea of Freddie Mercury involving a symphony orchestra was not realized due to lack of time, and as a result, the album was partially arranged with synthesizers and a drum machine. The song "Barcelona", which gave the album its name, became the anthem of the city hosting the 1992 Summer Olympics in Spain.

ROLLING STONES-AFTERMATH -1966-THE FIRST PRESS(MONO) UK-DECCA - LK4786 matrix XARL-7209-1B/XARL-7210-3A stamper 1GG/2GK (Very early!) Aftermath is the fourth British and sixth American studio album by the British rock band The Rolling Stones, released in two versions. The British version of the record (Decca Records) was released on April 15, 1966, intended for sale in the United States (London Records) on June 20. The CD is designed in the classic rhythm and blues style for the band, but it has become more "experimental" than its predecessors; for example, in a number of songs such non-standard instruments for rock music as sitar, accordion and marimba (African xylophone) are used. It is believed that the recording of Aftermath has become one of the most important milestones in the work of the band. In 2002, the album was included in Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All time at number 108. ...more
