The album was originally planned to be released in 1990, after 18 concerts Eric in the beginning of the year, but the musician was dissatisfied with the recorded material and the gate 24 Nights was delayed. A rare Italian original by a cult rock-pop band. The ninth album by the Italian band. The first album with the new keyboardist Sergio Cossu. The album's title is inspired by Jean Paul Sartre's novel Nausea, as Sartre wanted to call it Melancholia. "Melancholia" becomes an extremely successful album. The song "Souvenir", this time dedicated to the French capital, although it takes only 10th place in Sanremo, but again receives the "Critics Award", reaches 8th place in the national charts. The song "I Feel You" ("Ti sento"), reached number 1 in Italian and Belgian, number 2 in Dutch and number 11 in German charts in 1986, and became a worldwide hit, including in English-speaking countries, recorded in English ("I Feel You"). The English version of Ti sento is I Feel You, a single that was also released successfully in Italy. The album peaked at number four in the US and number three in the UK. The album contains the singles "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me", which peaked at number 16 on the UK Singles chart and number two in the US, and "The Bitch Is Back", which peaked at number 15 in the UK and number four in the US. Both singles reached number one in Canada on the national RPM 100 Top Singles Chart, as did the album itself. The album was met with lukewarm reviews on its release, and legacy reviews do not consider this record one of John's best works from his peak period of the early 1970s. However, the album was a commercial success and was certified double platinum in the US, as well as being certified gold in the UK. Aftermath is the fourth British and sixth American studio album by the British rock band The Rolling Stones, released in two versions. The British version of the record (Decca Records) was released on April 15, 1966, and was intended for sale in the United States (London Records) on June 20. The CD is designed in the classic rhythm and blues style for the band, but it has become more "experimental" than its predecessors; for example, in a number of songs such non-standard instruments for rock music as sitar, accordion and marimba (African xylophone) are used. It is believed that the recording of Aftermath has become one of the most important milestones in the work of the band. In 2002, the album was included in Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All time at number 108. ...more
