Mega rare original of the cult album. Artwoods is a British rock band formed in 1963 and worked between 1964 and 1967.Singer Arthur Wood, from whom the band took its name, was the older brother of Ronnie Wood (who later became famous thanks to Faces and Rolling Stones). Art Wood was the lead singer of Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated for a short period in 1962, while also leading his own band ART WOOD COMBO. When keyboardist Jon Lord (later founded DEEP PURPLE)   and guitarist Derek Griffiths of Red Bludd's Bluesicians joined the ART WOOD COMBO, ARTWOODS was formed.  They were very popular competing with the ANIMALS group, but sales did not reflect this popularity.   ...more

Matrices A-1U/B-1U . 1T/2GP stamper (Very early) A rare British original of the cult album. Who Do We Think We Are is the seventh studio album by the British band Deep Purple, released in 1973. Deep Purple's last album with vocalist Ian Gillan and bassist Roger Glover before the release of Perfect Strangers in 1984. The CD was recorded in July 1972 in Rome[4] and in October of the same year in Frankfurt using the Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.The band at that time was torn apart by internal conflicts and the recording of the album turned into a nightmare[4]. Ian Gillan later compared this album to The House of Blue Light in 1987: "It's all the same: great songs, but a complete lack of mutual understanding among the musicians and ... weak morale."Who Do We Think We Are did not rise above the 4th position in the UK and 15th in the US charts. A very rare British original of the cult band. Their debut album Blues Helping included the songs "Summertime" and "Wang Dang Doodle". They are best known for their new 1968 hit on the UK singles chart, a high-speed cover version of Aram Khachaturian's classic piece "Dance with a Saber", released on the Parlophone label (R 5744), which reached number 5 on the UK Singles chart in December 1968. The recording was inspired by Keith Emerson's classic permutations. "Sabre Dance" became a hit after the broadcast of British DJ John Peel, who was so impressed that he played it twice in the same program.. In December 1968, the British music magazine NME reported that Love Sculpture had signed a recording contract in the US with London Records guaranteeing 250,000 pounds. The band also received an invitation to perform "Sabre Dance" live on the German television program Beat-Club on Radio Bremen, which was broadcast in Germany at the time.  ...more

ABBA-VOULEZ-VOUS-1979-THE FIRST PRESS OF SWEDEN-POLAR - POLS282.A rare Swedish original of the cult album.  Voulez-Vous is the sixth studio album by Swedish pop band ABBA, released in 1979. The release is characterized by a large number of dance-oriented tracks, but it is wrong to define the genre of the album as exclusively "disco"; for example, the song "Does Your Mother Know" has quite definite rock motifs. The work on the album went on for more than a year, and during this time the participants had accumulated more material than what they managed to put on the album. Among the works of that period published much later, it is worth mentioning the composition Dream World, included as a bonus track on the 2010 reissue. In 1981, the album "Voulez-Vous" was released in the USSR by the company "Melody" and became the last numbered album "ABBA", released in the Soviet Union.
