The Soul Cages is the third studio album by British rock musician Sting, released on January 22, 1991. It became the singer's second album to reach the top of the national chart in his homeland. Four singles were released in support of the album: "All This Time", "Mad About You", "Why Should I Cry For You" and "The Soul Cages", the latter won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Song in 1992.

The album also includes the 1989 single "Cheer Down", which became Harrison's contribution to the soundtrack to the movie "Lethal Weapon 2", and two tracks recorded specifically for the compilation: "Poor Little Girl" and "Cockamamie Business".
