After a busy tour in 1990, Moore recorded the album "After Hours", which, like its predecessor, was sustained in the style of blues-rock, but with a great soul influence and with the addition of a brass section that played in the style of soul. At the beginning of October, Perfect Strangers was mixed, and on November 16 it went on sale, rising to 5th place in Britain and 17th in the USA.
