Live at Berkeley is a live album by American rock musician Jimi Hendrix. It documents his second performance at the Berkeley Public Theater on May 30, 1970, and was released by MCA Records on September 16, 2003. Hendrix performed in Berkeley about a month after his The Cry of Love tour with bassist Billy Cox and drummer Mitch Mitchell. The setlist was pretty typical for the tour - a mix of popular tunes and some new material. "Hey Joe", "Foxey Lady", "Purple Haze" and "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" have been in Hendrix's concert repertoire since he first recorded them."Machine Gun" was released two months earlier on the live Band of Gypsys album, and "Hey Baby (New Rising Sun)" was in development for his planned fourth studio album. The first success came in 1975, the song "You are beautiful" ("Sei bellissima"), stayed in the Italian charts for 14 weeks, then entered the album "Normal or super" ("Normale o super", 1976) — the first, produced by Mario Lavezzi, as well as the first song of one of the largest Italian composers Ivan Fossati. His song "Dedicated" ("Dedicato"), performed in 1978 by Berthe, and again censored, this time politically, was repeatedly played on Italian TV. The 1979 album "Banda Berte" ("BandaBertè"), including the song "And the moon knocked ..." ("... E la luna bussò", in the rhythm of reggae), again reached high places in the Italian charts. For this album, Berthe again receives the "Vota la voce" award as the best performer. In 1981, Loredana spent several months in the United States recording the album "Made in Italy", in New York she met with E.By Warhol. Happy Trails is the second album by the American band Quicksilver Messenger Service. Most of the album was recorded from two performances at Fillmore East and Fillmore West, although it is unclear which parts were recorded at which Fillmore. The record was released by Capitol Records in 1969 in stereo format. The album was an unexpected commercial success, peaking at number 27 on Billboard and eventually received a gold certification (over 500,000 copies sold in the United States) in 1992 by the Recording Industry Association of America. It was voted at number 553 in Colin Larkin's album "1000 Best Albums of All Time" 3rd edition (2000). In 2003, the album was ranked 189th on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, retaining the ranking in the revised 2012 list.
