As with the previous four Styx albums, the band produced this album themselves. Styx recorded the album at Pumpkin Studios in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He depicted a naked minor girl on black background; broken glass effect covering her genitals. In Japan, the album reached the 32nd line in the hit parade.
