BRAVO-MOSCOW BIT-1992-THE FIRST PRESS OF RUSSIA-SINTEZ-SP02-0018. A rare original album of the cult band. Moscow Beat is the seventh official album of the band Bravo. It was released in 1992. The soloist is Valery Syutkin. After the success of the previous album "Dudes from Moscow", the group "Bravo" became one of the first most successful groups of the post-Soviet space and the nascent Russian show business. And if the previous work was rather an edition of previously recorded material with small additions, then the new one was rather the result of the joint work of Khavtan and Syutkin. According to the memories of both, new songs were born exactly during the tour, the lyrics of new songs were often written on trains and planes. The album "Moscow Beat" expanded the audience of "Bravo" — it gained more and more fans in the cities of the former USSR, and the movement of stylists acquired another birth. ...more

BOYD, EDDIE-AND HIS BLUES BAND FEATURING PETER GREEN-1967-FIRST PRESS UK-DECCA-SKL4872 Matrix A-1W/B-1W. A very rare British original of the cult blues album. "Eddie Boyd and his Blues Band featuring Peter Green", the second album released in September 1967 by Decca. The recording was arranged by Mike Vernon in March 1967 at Decca Studios #2 in London. The recording took place over three days – on March 14, 17 and 21. As a result, there were 16 tracks on the album, and two of them - "Dust My Broom" by Elmore James and" Save Her, Doctor "by Boyd himself - were decorated with a slide guitar by the leader of "Groundhogs", Tony McPhee. As on previous recordings, most of the material was copyrighted. Sales of the album were consistently high, and it remained in the Decca catalog until the mid-70s. The reviews of critics were also generally favorable, in contrast to the sharply negative attitude towards the previous recordings of American bluesmen with English bands, primarily Sonny Boy Williamson's live albums with "Yardbirds"and " Animals". So the reviewer of "Blues Unlimited" noted that " this is the only English session that is not spoiled by the band's playing or the level of recording. JETHRO TULL-BROADSWORD AND THE BEAST-1982-FIRST PRESS UK-CHRYSALIS-CDL1380. The Broadsword and the Beast is the 14th studio album by the rock band Jethro Tull, released on April 10, 1982. The album is a cross between the dominant synthesizer sound of the 1980s and the folk-influenced style that Jethro Tull used in the previous decade. Thus, the band's characteristic acoustic instruments are complemented by electronic soundscapes provided by the new keyboardist Peter-John Vettese. The electronic aspects of this album will be further explored by the band in their next release, In Secret. In the notes to the remastered version of the album, Ian Anderson expresses the opinion that Broadsword contains some of the best music of Jethro Tull. ...more
