BEE GEES-HIGH CIVILIZATION-1991-FIRST PRESS UK/EU GERMANY-WARNER-7599-26530-1. A rare original of the cult group. High Civilization is the nineteenth studio album by the British pop group the Bee Gees, released on March 25, 1991 in the United Kingdom, and on May 14, 1991 in the United States-their last album recorded for Warner Bros. Records, after a four-year contract (they will return to WB through a subsidiary company Reprise Records in 2006: having obtained the rights to their previously released material, they will reissue each album through Reprise). Perhaps in response to the firm resistance of American radio to the two previous albums-E. S. P. (1987) and One (1989), which proved well in other countries, the American Warner Bros. gave this advertisement one less share and did not release remixes. They recorded this album, and their next album size is not everything with engineer Femi Gia.  In the US, the album was only available on CD and cassette, but the LP version was released in limited quantities in some countries. While it failed to chart in the US, it reached No. 6 in Switzerland, No. 2 in Germany (achieving platinum certification in both countries), No. 24 in the UK. ...more

The Wall: Live in Berlin is a concert performance of the legendary rock opera The Wall by Pink Floyd, organized by its main author Roger Waters and held on July 21, 1990 at Berlin's Potsdamer Platz, which has long been divided by the Berlin Wall. The concert was filmed as a TV movie, and also released in September 1990 as a live album. The concert took place in the presence of a 200,000-strong audience on July 21, 1990 at Potsdamer Platz, which was previously a no-man's land separating East and West Berlin. During the concert, a "wall" with a width of more than 160 m and a height of about 25 m was erected on the stage, which was finally destroyed to the ground. DAVE BRUBECK-WE'RE ALL TOGETHER AGAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME-1973-FIRST PRESS USA-ATLANTIC-SD1641. A rare American original of the iconic album.  A 1973 live album by Dave Brubeck and his quintet, recorded in various places in Europe. The album reached number 20 on the Billboard Top Jazz Charts. "Truth", "Unfinished Woman" and "Take Five" were recorded at the Berlin Philharmonic, "Koto Song" was recorded at the Olympia in Paris, and "Rotterdam Blues" and "Sweet Georgia Brown" were recorded at the De Doelen Concert Hall in Rotterdam. The album was reviewed by Scott Yanow of Allmusic, who wrote that "For this very logical record, the altruist Paul Desmond . . .. turns the band into a quintet, and his interaction with Mulligan is consistently delightful. ...In addition, Desmond is featured in the "Koto Song", and for an encore Brubeck performs the lighthearted, albeit brief "Sweet Georgia Brown".". ...more

PAT METHENY -NEW CHAUTAUQUA-1979-GERMANY'S FIRST PRESS-ECM-ECM1131.  A rare original of the cult jazzman of the third wave (the beginning of the 70s) New Chautauqua is a solo album by jazz guitarist Pat Metheny, recorded in August 1978 and released on ECM in April 1979. The Richmond Times-Dispatch wrote: "For all its charms, and they are significant, Metheny's first solo album is an exercise in arrangement and effect, how music can drift and the listener's attention does the same. " The album reached #3 on the Jazz Billboard, and #44 on the Pop/rock Billboard in 1979. ...more
