A rare British early edition . Fleetwood Mac is the tenth studio album by the British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, released on July 11, 1975 by Reprise Records. It was the band's second album of the same name, the first was the 1968 debut album. It was Fleetwood Mac's first album with Lindsey Buckingham as guitarist and Stevie Nicks as vocalist, after Bob Welch (guitarist, singer and songwriter) left the band at the end of 1974. On September 4, 1976, the album topped the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, 58 weeks after its release. In support of the record, three singles were released — "Over My Head", "Rhiannon" and "Say You Love Me" — each of which hit the top twenty of the charts, with the last two stopping a step away from the Top 10 - both at 11th place. The record received seven times platinum certification in the United States, with a total circulation of more than seven million copies. This is a compilation album by the American band Sly and the Family Stone. It was first released on November 21, 1970 by Epic Records. The album includes all the singles from the albums Dance to the Music (1968), Life (1968) and Stand! (1969). Three tracks released as singles in 1969 first appear on the album here: "Hot Fun in the Summertime", "Everybody Is a Star" and "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)". The recordings in this compilation do not always match the versions of the singles; some songs are presented here in their album version and mixes. Mixes sometimes have different editing and vocal and/or instrumentation changes. Greatest Hits was certified five times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), selling five million copies in the United States. GROUNDHOGS-BLACK DIAMOND-1976-FIRST PRESS UK-UA-UAS29994. Matrix A-1U/B-1U is a very rare British original of the cult prog blues band.Black Diamond is the ninth studio album by the British rock band The Groundhogs. Recorded in July-August 1976 at T.S. Studios in Haverhill, England, it was released in the fall by United Artists. This album differs from its predecessors with a much richer sound and a finely honed technique of execution. Tony McPhee tried to make the music of the album even more uncompromising, which he wanted to emphasize with a tougher sound of guitars and amplification of keyboards (synthesizers), which, of course, he played himself. A very big influence on him during this period was exerted by "King Crimson", who later, in turn, themselves learned a lot from the album "Black Diamond", when they were once again revived at the turn of the millennium. Nevertheless, the departure from a purely bluesy sound was not very liked by the fans of "The Groundhogs", which did not slow down to affect the contract with the record company. Black Diamond is the last studio album of the "Golden Age" of the band, after which the band ceased to exist and was revived with a new line-up only in 1985 (the year of the release of the new album). ...more
