The usual white or white and black inner sleeves with the inscription “LP Advertisement". The label shows the KT tax code or without it. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 605-1 Side 2: XEX 606-1. This is how labels first appeared on the shelves. The labels use the Arial sans-serif font. In addition, the labels used two versions: on the second side of the track, Doctor Robert is written with a typo as “Dr. ROBERT” and without mistake. On the first press on the labels, the name of each song began with a new line, with the first line being written exclusively for “Taxman” and “Eleanor Rigby” starting from the second line down. BOWIE, DAVID-STAGE (2 LP'S)-1978-FIRST PRESS UK-RCA- PL02913(2) A rare double concert by a British legend. Stage is the second live album by English musician David Bowie, recorded during the Isolar II Tour and released on RCA Records in 1978. The recording was made at concerts in Philadelphia, Providence, and Boston, USA, in late April and early May 1978. It mainly included material from Bowie's last studio albums at that time, "Station to Station", "Low" and "Heroes" (both 1977), but also contained five songs from "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" (1972). In addition to Bowie's main band, consisting of Carlos Alomar, Dennis Davis and George Murray, the band included former Frank Zappa member Adrian Belew on guitar, Simon House from Hawkwind on electric violin, Roger Powell, best known for working with Todd Rundgren in the band Utopia, on keyboards and Sean Mays on piano, string ensemble and backing vocals. They all reunited the following year on Bowie's next studio album Lodger (1979). Stage was a commercial success. BRIAN MAY (EX-QUEEN) + FRIENDS-STAR FLEET PROJECT - 1983-THE FIRST UK PRESS- EMI-SFLT107806. A rare British original by a QUEEN guitarist. The Star Fleet Project is a solo project by Brian May, Queen's guitarist, and a mini-album of the same name. The album, released under the name "Brian May + Friends", features May, guitarist Eddie Van Halen, drummer Alan Gratzer (then playing in REO Speedwagon), Phil Chen (session bassist who played with Jeff Beck and Rod Stewart) and Fred Mandel (keyboardist Alice Cooper and additional keyboardist in Hot Space Tour and The Works by Queen). "The result is high-octane instrumental compositions in the rock style, which instantly became "royal" and are not much different from Flash with the addition of guitar pyrotechnics." The recordings were not intended for release and were minimally mixed. "[May] called the Star Fleet Project a 'mini-album' because he considered it... too short to be a full-fledged album, but too long to even be a single." The CD was released after the extraordinary success of Band on the Run and also became very popular. Paul McCartney's first album with Capitol Records. After the release of Band on the Run, Jimmy McCulloch (lead guitarist) and Jeff Britton (drummer) also joined the Wings in 1974. After McCartney wrote several new songs for the upcoming album, the band flew to New Orleans in January 1975, where they were scheduled to record Venus and Mars.Britton, having quarreled with McCulloch, left the band, having managed to participate in the recording of only three songs of the album. He was urgently replaced by American Joe English, with whom the recording was continued. McCartney made the songs in Venus and Mars blend seamlessly into each other, and the album in this sense became similar to The Beatles' Abbey Road album.
